Shipping

Yes, shipping price is calculated on checkout page once the address is filled-out or selected for logged in users (if address is saved in address book)

All items (except Fillings and Fragrances) on our website are shipped both locally and internationally.

It currently takes 1-2 business days for order processing, verification. and to ship out your order.
Please keep in mind additional shipping days are not included in this time frame. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
All buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims are made directly with the shipping carrier.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5-7 business days
Canada: 10-14 business days

ORDERS

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package or other transportation carrier if stated in your order conformation email.

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the carriers office or at your neighbors house.

Payments are accepted via credit, debit card, or PayPal with a valid billing address.
