Returns

Lux Closet Deals does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final with no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be received defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at luxclosetdeals@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [PO BOX 346 Algonquin, Illinois 60102 - 0346]

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected. we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If return item is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Missing Refund

If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. It may take some additional time before your provider officially posts the refund. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at luxclosetdeals@gmail.com.

If more than 7-10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at luxclosetdeals@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
