Processing Time

In almost all cases, your purchase is shipped out within 2-3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside of standard business hours will be processed for shipment within 2–3 business days once operations resume. While we are happy to review special shipping requests when possible customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with our shipping policies prior to purchase.

Every order undergoes a thorough review and approval process to ensure accuracy and security. Any inconsistencies between billing and shipping details may result in processing delays. To avoid disruptions, please include valid phone numbers for both billing and shipping contacts.

Occasionally, please note shipping delays may occur and we appreciate your understanding.

Order Changes

For domestic U.S. orders, delivery details may be modified after checkout at the customer’s request. By making changes to your delivery information, you accept full responsibility for the order, including any risk of loss or non-delivery. Lux Closet Deals is not liable for items affected by post-purchase delivery changes, and customers agree to release and hold Lux Closet Deals and its partners harmless from any related claims.

Signature Required

For added security, all orders with a total value of $500 or more are shipped with signature confirmation upon delivery. This ensures your purchase is received safely and directly by the intended recipient. Please plan accordingly to be available at the time of delivery, as Lux Closet Deals cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an unavailable recipient.

Shipping To Non-Billing Address

To help safeguard against fraud, we recommend shipping orders to the billing address associated with your payment method. We understand that alternate delivery arrangements may be needed, such as shipping to a workplace, secondary residence, or gift recipient. When requesting delivery to a non-billing address, complete contact details for both the purchaser and recipient are required, as order verification may be necessary. Please note that additional verification may extend processing time.

Combining Orders

We’re happy to combine eligible orders whenever possible to streamline shipping and enhance your experience. If multiple items are purchased by the same customer within a similar timeframe, we will make every effort to ship them together. Please note that combined shipping is subject to order status, item availability, and timing.
